Now of course that's a veiled insult if I ever saw it (what's so "surprising" about it? Bulldog IS an insightful guy) but it's at least some form of a compliment anyway.
Speaking of insightful comments, Bulldog made another one when he made his "extra 5%" comment. Now I am no fan of Nelson but I do think he belongs here. But if he has one failing it's saying what he doesn't mean.

Let's say you want to do the 30/30/40 plan (carbs/fat/protein)
so you're saying if you ate three meals a day, one pure fat, one pure protein, and one pure carbs (right before bed) that you would look exactly the same as if each meal was a 30/30/40 balance? Horseshit. And this is without regards to timing of the workout.
Now if you truly mean that "Nutrient timing means nothing" then I'll eat my crow, but the above scenario is just so outrageous that no one but a complete moron would espouse that.
