Now of course that's a veiled insult if I ever saw it (what's so "surprising" about it? Bulldog IS an insightful guy) but it's at least some form of a compliment anyway.

Speaking of insightful comments, Bulldog made another one when he made his "extra 5%" comment. Now I am no fan of Nelson but I do think he belongs here. But if he has one failing it's saying what he doesn't mean.

I mean to say "Nutrient timing does nothing" is just so inflammatory. Of course nutrient timing matters.

Let's say you want to do the 30/30/40 plan (carbs/fat/protein)

so you're saying if you ate three meals a day, one pure fat, one pure protein, and one pure carbs (right before bed) that you would look exactly the same as if each meal was a 30/30/40 balance? Horseshit. And this is without regards to timing of the workout.

Now if you truly mean that "Nutrient timing means nothing" then I'll eat my crow, but the above scenario is just so outrageous that no one but a complete moron would espouse that.

LOL! I noticed the "compliment" from nelson as well...we've had our differences...we both know that. I hate to compliment him, and he hates to compliment me...

You saw in that old thread how much I disliked Nelson, but over time I think he's growing on me...not because he's changed, but just because now I know his game. Make outrageous claims to get his point across, knowing full well that he shouldn't go as far as he does. But at the base of all his ranting and raving, he has a good point...and it's usually that growing is simple, there's no crazy science behind it that people don't know...we all know how to do it. Eat right and train right and you will grow...no supplements necessary, no dieticians, no trainers, no nothing.

ANd lumberg...I think the same thing whenever I post on these threads..."what the fuck am i doing posting here?" This was one thread i never wanted to get in on.

The guy is in the hospital recuperating from surgery and you come on here and with 1 post and start talking shit??? Why? What's your reasoning?? What exactly besides the r-ALA thing is so terrible about his diet? Oh, and ignore the peanut gallery, which consists of one person: Nelson.
 
anthony ellis, how did you know to come here and comment on sc? just curious as to how/why you decided to post here at this time.
now having asked all of that, i would recommend that you take a look at the stickys at the top of the board, flaming other members(calling them liars/scammers)is frowned upon. you seem to have had a tremendous body transformation and in as such you could become a asset to the board. tone it down a notch and maybe people may be willing to listen to you.

its never a good idea to make your first post/introduction an attack,but welcome aboard anyway.
 
I view many message boards across the internet.

I am not a member of each one, but I view them regularily.

This post caught my attention and I saw it fit to register and post
to this, I had information I thought to be of value.

It was not my great intention to flame.

I needed members attention so they can discover reality.

I am not a bodybuilder, my goals are health and fitness.
But I would be happy to contribute to this board.

I do consider myself knowledgable about fat loss.

I have been just below 3% bf in my career.

Not that you nor anyone else needs an explanation, but my injury was suffered because of very bad tendonitis I had from basketball many many years ago. Read my article in T-Mag 2 weeks ago, and you shall see where I talk about my tendonitis. This was confirmed to me this a.m. before my release after I was cut open, worked on, and sewn up. Doctors know this, not some jerk claiming to be a famous crackhead.

Insane dosages of ala? Hhahahah, 400-600 mgs insane? Please, even the real AE would know that's not an insane dose. Also, all you say about me are outright LIES.....the steroids, clients having problems like me, etc........

That qualifies as flames to me, and to me this is a pitiful attempt by some hater to get attention. If this is the real AE, I'll be in touch.

SwoleCat knows their is 3 nutrients. Protein, Fat and Carbohydrates.
