Best fat burner on the market...?

DZLS

New member
I haven't used any of these supps since before the whole ephedra thing over a year ago...

just wondering what the best thing on the market is currently, cause i am going to start a cardio cycle in 2 weeks, for 3 weeks, and would like to shed a good 7-10 pounds of fat in that time frame...

i already have my diet worked out, but want something to give me that jump start...

I see noone has replied to your post....I am hesitant to do so, as I am not fond of too many of them. So my bias may skew my answer.

I did find however a very cheap and "healthy" alternative, and used it successfully a few times. A simple stack of green tea and apple cider vinegar(both can be found in capsule form for just a couple bucks), along with my normal drinking of green tea, did quite well.

And besides, as mentioned, these are healthy alternatives, as I am sure you know about green tea by now, and apple cider vinegar has tons of nutrition, in fact a nutrition powerhouse.

green tea (standardized for EGCG and caffiene) is an excellent part of any fat loss stack.

as far as specific fat burner- Thermorexin (though biased as the formulator- IMHO rightly so, yet still biased :) )

Levorex is a great addition to thermorexin (EGCG/ALCAR/VINPOCETINE/EVODIAMINE +++)

Sesamin (sesapure by scotts finest) is another addition (though some may find it MORE effective at decreasing fat gain)

R+ lipoic (glucorell) will help with insulin (aka "carb" issues)-- there is some evidence that apple cider vinegar-mentioned above- will also help with this.

I like Lipo 6 to stay as natural as possible. If you wanna try some drugs, Clenbuterol and HGH are very good.
Very few poeple still buy their supplements at GNC, I guess their price is not right. Try www.affordablesupplements.com It's not the cheapest but attention is good and fast delivery.

Yes, this is one of the beauties of this regimine, it is readily available(any super wal mart), extremely inexpensive also. And for the most part much more healthy.

Of course, diet is key as I am sure you are aware.

of course...

but there are people out that think they can chow McD's and BK and lose fat by taking a fat burner...
