alright, i was benching yesterday, and i was trying to imploy a "leg drive" that endpoint described to me... I couldnt do it great because it was my first time, but it did help a little..
usually 175 is a good struggly for me, but i put up 180 like it was 170.... i failed on 190 because i was getting tired
