....and I'm not ready. This should be interesting. I've been slacking at the gym since the beginning of March basically. I haven't lifted in over a week now, and I trained one body part about every 9 or 10 days since the beginning of March.
My AC joint hurts like hell too. Always this pain in my left shoulder. Plus, my 21st is tomorrow and I really don't know how committed to it I will be.
But for some reason, with all this going wrong, I wouldn't be surprised if I pull a pretty good lift out of nowhere. That's all my life has been these past few months. I've surprised myself in school and socially. The material has been harder, but it's been coming to me easier than expected, I think I'm getting smarter. I got an internship with UBS for this summer and I am doing research for the government as well. Shit has just been happening for me so I surprisingly feel good about it. So basically, my mind is clear and I am confident.
But this has happened before workouts for me too. Felt great, couldn't get shit.
We'll see and I will let you all know how I do. Last year I was in the 240lb. weight class and I'm now in the 190 weight class. I can do about 85% of the weight this year that I could do last year.
