Bench Meet on Sunday!

Hey all;
I will be benching in a small, in-house meet at my gym this Sunday. They are trying to generate interest in a powerlifting team for the gym, which is very cool!

Anyway I am hoping to put up a PR of 380. I'll let you all know how things turn out!

Well it wsan't as good a day as I would have liked to have had.
I couldn't lock out 365 and would up lifting my ass off the bench
I did place first in the open and second overall for our gym, kind of a kick in the head cuz if I had tried 360 I could have locked it out and beaten the other competitor by 5lbs!

Ahh well, still better than my last meet. At least I went home with a tank top saying 1st place mens open!

I'll get them next time!!
