being off sucks...

Creatine, Musle Milk is good shit, theres no supps that are gonna make you feel like you felt when on. Sleep more, pay more attention to your diet. Adjust your workouts accordingly. I am sure you already know all this.
 
I HATE being off. I lose motivation and keep dreaming about my next cycle.

But I pay more attention to my diet, eat lesser and up the cardio.
 
yea i wish i could stay on forever. but when off i take a shitload of creatine testboosters and pay way more attention to diet. im about to come off in afew weeks and im fucking dreading it, i just lose all motivation but you just have to force your self to do it man.

Not so true bro. Of course nothing will make you feel exactly like being on. There are sups that do make you feel a hell of a lot better. I am a big believer in "how you feel coming off" can effect every thing. Taking sups that help with pumps,energy, feelings of well being,sex drive,Bringing your test back up, and any thing that can effect how your mind and body feel in a good way. Can have a big impact and keep you going as you transition back to natty.

im taking 6-9g CEE 3xew workout days
Custom caps blend eod - (detox, resveratrol, arginine)

400g protien
LIFT my carb curfew to 10:00 as long as its clean carbs

clenbuterol to get lean for my jan cycle :D
 
I would also recommend taking in a lot of good fats, your brain is mostly lipids, and I think some of the come down could be alleviated if you take essential fatty acids, especially fish and salmon oils.

Some neurotransmitter modulators might help as well, St. John's Wort, 1500 mg/day and 5-hydroxytryptophan. There is one other amino acid that if fab for moods, can't remember right now, might be arginine.....................
 
Even on HRT, When you go from 500-750 Test mg/wk to 150. It's a Big differance.
I maintain HCG saves me from the really downer sides, like depression.
The Dermacrine products help as does CEE and lots of FOOD.
I can always up my test a little, but that doesn't always do the trick either.
 
you know what sucks more than being off?.......being natty (permanently) :angry:

anyway, when i would come off i would run 15g of creatine ramped down....maybe a stim here and there, but usually just a cup of coffee. the only supps that i take on a reg basis are a multi, protein, and vitamin c. experimenting with fish, flax, and some other little ingredients here and there. best of luck,

I must be weird because I look forward to coming off as much as I look forward to go on. When I come off and see all the results after PCT and water is gone I feel great.

Then after a few months I look forward to going agian.
 
supps i take on a daily basis are multi, b-complex, vit c, omega 3,6,9 fatty acids, potein (whey/casssin)...anything u guys think im missing. i want to start taking some creatine. i havent taken any in a while, any advice on which 1's are good? (always just used cell mass)

cee is the best out there right now. Any thing buy the ef sponsors right now is good as well.

2- Creatine
3- Glutamine
4- Lots of milk
5- BCAAs
6- Fish Oil
7- Shark Cartlidge + Glucosamine Sulfate
 
I'm going to try Demacrine while off now and see how it goes. I used during PCT with good effect.

I will also continue to use AMP02 and Lipoflame.

If you don't want to feel as if someone pulled the plug out on you use UNLEASHED, Regular Derma, VIGOR, BIG BLAST and Lipoflame. You'll be raging in the gym and looking big.

Was it reg derma you used for pct.
