Before pics of me!!!....links fixed
Hello everyone! Not a BB by any means as I haven't started lifting yet so these are all "before" pics. However, my lifting routine will be for strength gains as opposed to mass. I train in MMA/NHB so any muscles you might (or might not ) see are a product of that and trying to eat as clean as possible as I'm Type II diabetic. What'ya think?
Anyway, I'm 5'10", 155 lbs, hairy, and can't do any fancy BB poses.........sooooo, I'll record any changes in gains and post pics w/ details. Also, any tips for a diabetic are welcome, PM me!!
