Ok guys been out of the gym scene for about 3 months...stayed clean too....i am going to be weak as hell i know...last time i (a year ago) i went in and hit it hard and after that 1st chect workout, i was so damn sore for 5 days...i know that not the way to do it...should i go light and high reps or what? until i break my body in?? also, i would like to start the sauce too(not my regular dosage) but atleast have my body on it(cause inj. takes 2 weeks to kick in anways)...good idea or not? advice would be great please...thanks
