Beef Terriaki with Sweet Peppers

8 oz. top round steak
1/2 Cups water
2 T. Worcestershire Sauce
4T. LOW - SODIUM soy sauce
2 t. sugar
1 t. minced garlic
1 t. minced ginger
1 onion, chopped and dividied
1 1 /2 bell peppers, cut VERY thin
Non-stick cooking spray

Cut steak into VERY THIN pieces, set aside in a med. dish. In a small bowl mix water, Worcestershire and soy sauces, sugar, garlic, ginger and 1/2 the onion. Pour mixture over the beef strips and marinate in fridge for at least an hour. Drain and reserve marinade. Using your oven broiler(or grill) broil both sides of beef approx 3-4 minutes DO NOT OVERCOOK! In a non-stick pan sprayed with cooking spray, saute remaining onions and peppers
until soft on the outside and crunchy on the inside(about 5 min. on a med. heat) Re-heat the remaining marinade until warm. Remove beef from oven and mix with onions and peppers and top with warmed marinade. You may pour over rice if you wish. ****MAKES TWO SERVINGS****
