BEAST and KATANA cutter

sorry to hear that man. You'll recover in no time, then hit that beast and katana again.

Scares me though. I roll around on a scooter... I rarely make it over 55mph... But still something like that happens even at 35mph and the results could be bad.

I did the same type of stunt about 25 years ago. A car turned in front of me when I was doing about 60. Ended up with my first 4 broken bones. A femur, tibia, ulna and radius. I'm still sporting a steel rod in the leg. I didn't know what happened until I woke up after surgery.

That really fucked up my training.

Sorry to hear that brosky.
Don't let your diet go, worst thing I did when I got hurt, such a set back more than the whole accident.
See if your gym has that machine a lot of NFL camps have where your seated and your like rowing/peddaling your arms, works for cardio.
Hopefully you can stay off the bikes, I couldn't :-( Broke my collar bone in 2 spots, my clavicle, snapped my 'xiphoid process' off the sternum and broke 2 ribs, one sternal and one floating.
Happened in 2004, just bought an 09 cbr600 :-)

Best part of the story? Dumb bit** merged onto me, looked me in the face and kept moving over, PUSHED me into a ford explorer, all infront of a highway patrol with his dashboard camera on. Like 70 MPH, right handle bar snagged her front hood corner, turned my bike back into the dumb bit**'s car like a pinball and then I high sided the bike, most of the damage to me came from the guardrail though :-( Got 235k, 179 after the lawyer. Money was nice, but I got fat as shit not being able to do anything but sit home out of the gym and eat

Happens to the best of us!

OMFG that could have ended very badly , im glad your still with us mate very easy to get killed on a bike , here's hoping you don't need a op ,and you can work on your diet while your laid up, get that dialed in for your return.

Brad.

Thanks so much for the support gents, it means so much.

The cops are still investigating. I personally feel I should sue the old man who turned my life upside down, but my speed may screw me out of that.

Anyway, yes I am going to work on diet, although I'm staying with my parents, with nothing but Moms cooking:)

Soo, we shall see!!! Be easy fellas. Ill be around!

I sold my bike last summer, I don't think you should say FML I think you should be happy as hell that all you got was broken leg and some pain. The muscle will come back quick but it could've been much worse. My main reason for selling my bike was an almost accident which was similar to urs except I was going a little slower. I seriously stopped inches away from this car. I'm glad your alive and don't get discouraged. Try to eat as much protein and pack on the weight while your injured. Then when you come back you'll be much heavier and ready for a cutter and then cut down to 210lbs :)

Good luck with everything hope the healing process goes quickly!
