god 5x5 rocks. did 5x5 with 90 pounds monday on barbell curl, then did 5x5 with 95 no problem today. cant wait til next bicep day to do 100.

lol, im no curl jockey. the way i do my split is 2 days on 1 day off, not any set day of the week. so i started 5x5 on monday, did bicep/back, tuesday did chest/tris. then i took wednesday off, did legs and shoulder on thursday, then bicep/back again on friday. i think 3 days between doing a muscle group is plenty.
