I build. . .I never bulk then cut.

I continue to add weight never exceeding 10 or 12 percent bodyfat.

I still believe in high calories and lots of carbs. . . . more carbs than protein by 200 percent.

I must have misunderstood you, cause I was trying to explain that just building is better than bulk/cut.

We are probably on the same page. . the last thing I want to do is go up to 280lbs then cut down to around 200 or so.

I believe in big eating. .but I am interested in gaining muscle tissue rather than fat. . .don't get me wrong, I will gain a little fat and water when I eat big.

Yea, little is okay. I just started doing what these guys always said, try to get really big and fat and then cut. In the end, I ended up wasting time. :(

Now I am just gonna build. :)

I like to keep the heart healthy. . this includes breaking a good sweat.

My training is a reasonable pace. I also like biking, jump roping, and fast pace walks.:fro:
 
I dont know what my body percentage is, or I guess I would have a good measure of what my bulking is doing for me (helping or hurting) but as louden asked yes I am growing in my limbs as a result of the bulking. Sk Im the classic ectomorph, as in If I eat normal and work out hard, I will be absolutely shredded in a month or so. thats why Ive changed to much heavier weight, less reps and sets with alot more food. THIS is now helping me. my goal is to hit about 200-220lbs of lean muscle thats a broad range because Ive never ever hit 200 lbs. hell Ive never hit the weight Im at now (185) so I dont know if I'll be satisfied with just 200lbs at my height 6'1 almost 6'2. Anyways I guess the point of this thread is that for me at my age 22 my metabolism is still fast and it is worth it for me to do a bulk cut, bulk cut cycle...I'll keep you guys posted, thanks for all the insight.

you guys use the word BUILD well generally speaking how would you BUILD your muscle while keeping body fat down? I am currrently thinkiing about bulking from now till december and then instead of doing 10-8-8-6 on my reps going to 10-10-8-8 and adding cardio with EQ :)
