bad part of bulking

Whats up fellas, Im 22 weighing in at 182 most ever for me, I guess im the classic ectomorph, or Im just tall and look slimmer I am about 6'1. In any case I know my shit as for workouts and I get high intensity workouts in and I dont fuck around at the gym. I get pretty slow gains and I haven't jumped on any AAS yet.

now to the point, Ive been bulking for the last couple of months really packing in the food. I know that when I got sick of being skinny I was weighing in at 165..thats been a couple of months now...I feel like im making good gains but the downside is that Im starting to get a belly...nothing uncontrollable for now as I can walk straight and its not that bad, but when I feel like showing it off people are like DAAAAMMMMNN when are you having your baby?

In any case, should I start to implement cardio into my workout? or do more abs with no weight and high repititions in hopes to cut the fat from the belly?

Thanks in advance,
DecaBane

P.S. my diet is PRETTY clean...no junk food or sodas, I have
eggs,pb+j,chicken,meat,baked potatoes,oatmeal...etc etc

You can try cutting back on the white carbs bro. Lose the PB&J. Especially the bread. Lose the potatos & the oatmeal too. Or you could just adjust your overall caloric intake, and keep eating them all. There are alot of ways to do it. The fad diet of the moment seems to be the Atkins diet. A more intelligent version is the C-K-D Diet. Go to www.c-k-d.com for info on that one.

Do you really care what they think?

honestly the gut is not a huge deal for me... it's just a means to an end.

The massive shitting that goes with how much i'm eating..... that's the bad part of bulking imo.

Most eveyone gets a little thicker during a bulk. As long as you are making GOOD gains as well, you should have no problem cutting later and getting rid of it, especially if you naturally don't hold much bf. If your weights are increasing and body muscle measurements are going up, you should be ok. Maybe bring total calorie intake down very slightly, but that may slow muscle growth as well.

cool, yeah I kinda figured it was part of the package, but didnt know if some people had a way around that, or just found it a means to an end like lifter said. I know when Im set at the weight I want to be at, I wont have a problem cutting it out
