Bad headaches / DC training?

Hey guys, I was wondering if any others have experienced headaches following intense workouts. Mine usually occur a couple hours after training or the morning after intense workouts.

For my winter bulk program, I have decided to follow a 3 day rotating Upper/Lower split including heavy rest-pauses. After 4 weeks I have gained about 7lbs (natural) and my strength is at an all time high. However, for about the past 3 weeks I have been getting these throbbing headaches off and on (no prior history of headaches or migraines). Has anyone else noticed these as well?
 
I'm doing DC. Doesnt give me headaches at all. Do you have any BP issues? are you getting enough calories? protein? carbs?
 
Thanks for the responses, but I do not think the headaches are caused by high blood pressure, unless high intensity workouts have been shown to cause an acute increase blood pressure. I do not have BP issues, my BP has always been fine... and the headaches usually occur a couple hours after (like a delayed response) the workouts involving heavy rest-paused compound lifts or the 20 rep squats. My training partner notices these at times as well. I was thinking they could be some sort of exercise induced migraines. Hell, after a true set of 20 rep squats I can't see right for a good 5 to 10 minutes....
