Yep it is that time of year where I lessen the volume and just go to my core excercises with perfect form. Slight pause between eccentric and concentric; no bouncing, no support gear, no ego just working on results and weaknesses. Progressive loading will be implemented with very small weight increases.
Speed will be handled in another fashion I can't share
. If it works then I will share but lets just say it is different
p.s. The reason I am doing this is my ligaments and tendons need a break, and certain weaknesses need to be adressed
