wanted to work my back week eight of sust, eq, ox first six weeks, winny tabs last six weeks...any insight appreciated.

Looks like you got some size going there but you need to work on that pose a little more.

Definitely a nice weight gain. Doesn't like like to much excess weight either. Doing good.

Further on Grainger's comment: you might want to try to push those elbows back (towards the camera) a little more (for the pictures) and you'll see some more bumps worth showing off (for the picture).

Are you sure you didn't throw in some fina by mistake? If you stare at the photo off your back you can see what appears to be the head of a longhorn.

BUt that may also be because Im from Texas.

Nice cuts and thickness. But I take it you're not one of those guys who flexes alot in the mirror cause your form is not that great.

What back? i dont see one...start doing some heavy deads and build some thickness along with shitloads of chins and their variations. everybody keeps using all these roids and forget to train balls to the wall. its the combination of the two that gets results.

i know i cant pose well but it was the only pic i could get on here for now... i am 5-11' now 189...four weeks left
And supafly i just want to ad that i train very seriously and I am fairly a novice(as u can all see from my pose) but I am doing all i can now I am happy for it being only my second cycle

I couldn't pull the pic for some reason but ,i recomend anyone posting there pic to be practically in the dark because it don't matter how big or defined some eggheads gona always have something to say My dark pic coming up soon haha wouldn't give you eggheads a chance to dog me lol.
