Back from the Plastic Surgeon

I went for a consultation for gynecomastia. The doctor told me something I didn’t want to hear; he said nothing was wrong…

I have super puffy nipples until they are hard, then they look perfect. He said I had no glands or fat that could be removed. He also told me the glands I feel behind the nipple are erectile tissue and nothing more.

Anyhow, this fucking sucks… I’ve seen tons of pictures of guys with the same nipples I have in plastic surgeons before/after pics. He recommended that I go see another plastic surgeon about ultrasonic liposuction because maybe that would help a bit.

I’ve read a million posts about people who have the “puffy nipples that go away when their nips are hard” but I’ve yet to hear how anyone has gotten rid of them.

If I can get any input on any of this I’d appreciate it.

i got the same shit bro, and my doc told me the same thing. It usually gets a lot better once I cut up and drop my body fat, but besides that nothing really has helped.

Bros I hope u guys use anti e's. Preventative measures are always the best. Armidex is the really good. Just saves a lot of hassle of surguries and having terrible looking nipples. Then again u may have a genetic predisposition to funny looking nips.

Swampmoose - They are somewhat tender at times, but no pain.

speedy7 - I've been very carefull on all my cycles and have used am anti-e on each one. The puffy nipples have been with me before I started to juice.

creep - That's the first time I've heard that, has anyone else tried this?

It does not take much gland / fat to distort a nice cut look of the male chest. Plastic surgery can help. I prefer a finesse technique to try to minimize scars that can distort the chest on animation for a body builder with gynecomastia. Not all surgeons feel comfortable with the subtle deformities of gynecomastia in body builders Surgical sculpture for puffy nipples can also be rewarding when prevention is not possible.
