OK, I am going to try to start posting over here more often.

Back day today so here is what I did:

Bent over barbell Rows --

135x12 warmup set.
185x10
205x10
255x10
275x6

Wide Grip Pull downs

100x17 warmup set
150x12
200x12
270x10
270x10

Inside Grip Pull Downs

270x10
270x10
270x10

Seated Lat Rows

100x15 warmup set
180x12
235x12
270x10
370x10
370x6

Seated one arm Lat rows

90x10
110x10
140x10
150x10
150x10

Hyperextensions (holding a plate)

4 sets of 10
 
That's some major weight... on the lat pulldowns... is that a full stack? I am trying to think what a stack is at my gym... I think 250... are you using a plated machine?

Barbell rows... 275.. not to long ago I was there... and now I'm at 325... you will be there soon, if you train like i suspect you train! :)

Can't wait to see your tricep workout! :)

Is there a reason why you are not doing deads...or do you do them on a different day?

I will post up my tris tomorrow as it is tri day. I train one bodypart a day 6 days a week, with abs everyday

On the pull downs its not a stack, I can stack plates on the bitch. Much better than the normal stack as I can put over 8 plates on.
 
I was wondering the same thing as B, any reason you dont do deads?
 
YEAH! *mob yelling* why no deads??? :) Me likey deads, I think they have increased my rows tremendiously

Yea, I am still getting over the flu (had bronchitis) and Deads will make me breathe so hard I would prolly throw up. :lmao: Also, I tend to rotate deads with back and legs.
