Advice on my back routine

Can I get some feedback on my beginners back plan? Breaks down like this:

1) Assisted wide pull ups, only assisted until I'm strong enough to go unassisted. 4 sets 8-12 reps while assisted, 4 sets until failure once unassisted.

2) Close grip seated rows, 4 sets

3) Wide grip lat pull downs, 4 sets

4) Back hyperextensions, 4 sets.
 
It's not a bad beginner's back workout. I'd put deadlift and barbell rows in there too for some of your back days.
 
If you're short on time, I'd personally swap out close-grip seated rows for barbell rows some workouts, and exchange any one of the other 3 exercises (rotate) for deadlifts.
