yep, i would gain 10lbs in 24 hours, then have to lose it the following weekend,.. weight rollercoaster for 20 weeks. very unhealthy, and i know better now.

He's going to lose in abs/serratus & obliques. Also shoulders and traps.

His back is bigger than mine due to his height.

Other than that...I'm not worried I'm at 200lbs and feel way too big.
