Since I couldn't find anyone to help me with poses I used this guy's tutorial vids: http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/mark9.htm

i've documented a 10lb drop in 24 hours before (of course it was all water weight).. the wonders of a vinyl running suit. That was years ago though. it drains the life out of you, but it was necessary since i was cutting 20lbs just to make weight.

I agree. However the problem is it could turn into a popularity contest. Also one could argue that the general public of EF arent' qualified to judge a bbing contest.

However, isn't the whole point of this contest to prove to EF who has the better bod? In which case the second argument would be hypocritical for either one of the participants.

The format I suggested for the JA and satch contest was, have an even number of judges, and a poll. If for some reason the judges are deadlocked, the poll serves as a kind of tiebreaker.

Since I foresee bickering in the selection of judges, perhaps a poll is the simplest solution. But be sure to post all the agreed-upon rules, and perhaps some tips, in the thread.
