Interesting, considering the last time I had contact with you was about 3 months ago when you sent me a private message telling me I was a good guy and that you respected me for not attacking you with personal insults, rather with simple questions like the ones I posted above.

Fonz, for the last time, I have no affiliation with your so called Thrasology. You wanna call me out? As I recall, I called you out on Nelson's board with a simple first year Biochem problem (a subject where you claim to have a degree in. Proof: here ) and you failed it...you had NO CLUE WHATSOEVER what the problem was about. Proof: Here (page 10 onwards) . I'm not saying you're not in good shape (atleast bf wise) or that you can't give out advice here. I'm merely saying you lied about your supposed science degrees. I will state it again, you have no formal background in science. Take this from a guy who just got into med school after a year of biochem and chem. And before you start saying one needs a degree in science before med school or something similar: I'm not located in the US.

As for my only harassing Fonz here, I have lurked the boards since 2000 gathering information. The reason I started posting about Fonz was because I realized he's trying to fool everybody and could hurt people with his advice in medical matters (the thread about Galaxy's heart problems comes to mind). I do not want to see unqualified people giving advice in possibly life threatening situations. There lies my quarrel with Fonz.

I thought it was going to taste horrendous when I first tried it, Like those soy-based low-carb drinks....but it was really good. The chocolate milk kind is also very good. Same macronutrient profile except it has 2g fat per serving instead fo fat free.

I've pretty much dumped real milk for the atkins milk.

i'll let you know when i start it. I keep gettin lazy, but i just cut out fast food for now. I try to eat as healthy as possible, but i don't count calories/carbs/etc... I will be starting very very soon a chicken breast & egg white diet to prepare for this contest.
