Yep genetics are key Fonz and you have it! I have a good friend that drinks a six pack a day and a pack of Marlboro reds, and he looks ALMOST as good as me. And I’m not exaggerating or making that up either. His whole family (3 boys) all are over 6 foot with BF in the teens. Good stock.

It's too bad, Masteron is the bomb for me. Hopefully, he'll get it in soon...like 2 weeks.

2 Weeks at 150mg/day masteron (I know...crazy :) ) and I look like Batman w/o the armor...lol
 
Yes, masteron causes a very profound effect on my body as well, but it really messes with my hair after about 3 weeks, so I am applying spironolactone every night and using azelaic acid 5% + minoxidil 5% in the morning.

I'm one of the lucky ones... :)

I could use Tren+winny+masteron and my hair would be nice and cozy. :)

I don't have MPB.......it however must cost a fortune to get all the different kinds of shampoos, 5-AR blockers etc.. etc... though. I will admit though, that it's one of the only topics I've never really looked into.

winny is great by itself i cant imagine the profound effects when combining it with masteron. i think im gonna try that really soon

Just light 200lb sets because of my shoulder...no need to push it I thought.

I have 4 weeks to make my chest grow, and 2 weeks to get everything in order symmetry wise. :)

I'm at 191lbs 7.5% right after carbing up over the last 24hours with about 2000mg R-ALA. Glycogen levels are almost full.

I increased calories to 3500Kcal/day and increased T3 to 100mcg/day.

With the Fina/Test/Winny/Proviron combo I can lose fat/gain muscle simultaneously thanks to the T3's ability to raise protein Syntehsis and increase the burning of fats. The protein catabolism induced by the T3 will be curbed by the Fina+winny.

I may even may be able to hit 200lbs 6% if I do it right in 5 weeks. :)

190lbs right now. 7.5%

And I'm training arms anyways....lol God, I just hope they don't grow out of control and out of proportion when compared to my chest. :)

I want to maintain perfect symmetry.

i switched from the subway diet to the eggo waffle / bean & beef burrito diet, but I miss the chicken bacon ranch subway wraps. I'm thinking about trying the peanut butter & jelly / protein shake diet. I could also get 10lbs of ground beef and a george forman grill and eat cheeseburgers all day.... decisions decisions... its nice how quickly i'm leaning up. wow i can't wait to see what happens when I actually try hard

Even though winstrol is a menace to your HDL, If I Combine Tren+Winny and use it like I'm doing I look like a titanium plated body :) I got sick cuts already on my shoulders/arms/back. And if I get my masteron......it's all over. :)

Eviction is looking much better in the new avatar (although I'm sure the different lighting helps as well). Keep in mind Fonz has never posted pics of his legs so if Eviction has good wheels he has a MAJOR advantage over Fonz.

i think it's more like All natty PB, but with more protein. I think I'll stick with ANPB and some whey. If I had the money I'd do it. Those little puch things look cool though

Lighting helps a little, but so did the ~2-3% drop in body fat. The wheels will lead me to victory :P

I'm going to go get some Mc d's chicken nuggets and french fries tonight because I know the next 4 weeks will be hell for me. I'm going to eat broiled chicken and egg whites. George Foreman grilled chicken!! woohoo... I might throw in a morning muscle milk shake. I start my masteron tomorrow at 150mg eod, and i'll bump my var intake to 50mg e.d. for two weeks then back down to 25mg e.d. for the last 2 weeks.

I'm not going to go for total cuts this time, I'm going to try to come in at 8% but with more mass than normal. 190lbs, instead of my usual 178lbs 5%.

I'm curious as to how I'm going to look like with a bigger chest.

lol ... you are right Fonz. There is no way I am going to read this whole thread. Read the last 2 pages, and have no idea what its about, except you and eviction are planning a competition with each other.

Also, I have always thought that you would look better with a good 10-15lbs of mass on you from your old avatar pics. With a strong emphasis on chest and even stronger emphasis on lower chest. So ya ... I say go for it.

Uh, that would be cool so see Fonz with 19.25" arms. I really don't know how that is possible with his frame (juding from current pics) but it would be coolio anyways!

Were you really that big Fonz and do you have any pics for us?

I've never gone past 225lbs 10-11%...And I felt like a bloated ball of flesh. It's in the AF cycles section. I couldn't go up 5 flight of stairs w/o panting. I decided that wasn't for me, and ultimately didn't like the way i lok. I look best at 180-195lbs 5-6% BF.

And 60lbs of mass? Try 40lbs.(Obviously fat and muscle). just a consequence of getting back into soccer training. With the high amount of cardio I was doing it wasn't a surprise. I later managed to satbilize the drop in weight w/ Fina at 176-180lbs 6%

Next, I realize you're here for the sole purpose of belittling me. That much is rather obvious. So go back to trashology before all of us decide to bilateraly BAN YOU for trying to ruin a good thread by causing drama.

I was 225lbs, and if you've ever seen my pics you'd see my arms are always much bigger than my chest/shoulders etc... By quite a lot. At 225lbs 19.25" PUMPED arms is big, but not that big. And considering it was after working them out...above average for a guy that is 225lbs. There are guys here at 225-240lbs with 19-21 inch arms cold.

Right now(193lbs)...they are 17".....I have not trained them in a very long time because their growth got out of control with the rest of my body. Symmetry is hard to achieve. And that's what I've been striving for these past 14 months or so.

I've always been an athlete all my life. I like to be able to run fast, jump high, accelerate quickly etc.... it makes me feel good I guess. I can play pretty much every sport quite well. At 225lbs, I was considerably slower. And my BP was high 140-150/100-110 w/ a RHR of about 85-90....which was amazing to me considering my BP normally doesn't ever go past 110/60, and RHR of 40-45. My two main motivations for weight-lifting where athletics and health, and since both where obviously getting derrailed, I just stopped.

You have to have prioririties in life, and I decided mine just didn't include getting big.
