This is 50% of the problem right here. Most guys enter marriage with the attitude that it's temporary, kinda like buying a starter home-but for them it's a starter marriage they'll eventually move out of. Granted it's not difficult to do when it seems like everyone you know over age 25 has at least one divorce under their belt. The fact of the matter is, you need to love and trust your girl 110% before you even think about letting her move in with you, let alone marry her. Guys get so preoccupied with the thought of live in pussy they lose whatever common sense they have. In the grand scheme of things, wifey or serious gf knowing your bad habits is very important. If you go sneaking around and get caught, you might has well have gotten a smoker from her best friend. Some chicks will just let it slide until the time is right, and next thing ya know she's fucking your younger brother. Hell hath no fury like a woman scorned!!! It's better to get you flaws all out on the table well before you enter an exclusive relationship.

Now before you guys go justifying your lies, I do believe we all need to wear a social mask at times to appease the ignorant and avoid unnecessary attention from the man. In the workplace, I'd always play the natural card. Same goes for situations where you're surrounded by people that think steroids are what the media hype says that they are. This includes random sluts you fuck, but not girls you plan on spending any considerable amount of time with. How can you respect your girl if she's one of these uninformed morons that think you're gonna beat her up and hang yourself with your belt after a roid induced rage? Hiding your gear use from your old lady is like a 12 yr old kid hiding his nickle bag of weed from his folks so he doesn't get a spanking. If you're with a girl that you have to worry about spilling the beans to everyone, calling the cops, etc. that bitch is not gf material-no matter how sweet her clam tastes.

It amazes me how many married/committed guys lead a secret life. Whether it's roids or a bi-weekly cocaine binge with hookers behind her back, if you're worried about what the old lady thinks she probably shouldn't be your old lady and you should be single. If you live this way it's just a matter of timer before you get caught, and the consequences will be 100x worse. It amazes me that guys will go to such extremes to hide their socially unacceptable habits to keep their supply of ass in check. Why not find a bitch that will accept you for who you are and love you unconditionally? Yeah, it may take some time to find one thats open minded, but it will be well worth it in the long run.
