You realize that if you say nothing, the only thing the prosecuter can attribute to you is nothing. Whatever shreds of evidence there are can be discredited by a defense atty, most of the time. If you're a dealer, and big time, and the feds are involved- that's a whole different ballgame. But for the little guy, keeping your pie-hole shut can mean the difference between a felony and you walking out without a scratch.
True dat!!!! And FYI for all of you guys that don't know any better. Let's say your dog barking bugs the fuck out of your neighbor, so to be an asshole he calls the cops and says you're dealing roids out of your house. The cops still cannot search your house without some sort of evidence. The 1st thing they do is search your garbage for used pins, blister pacs, bottles, etc. No search warrant is required once your trash is put out. Almost every guy I know that cops busted aquired their search warrant this way. With that being said, never throw your used Rx waste in your home garbage. The only other way they can get a warrant is if you bought/sold roids to an informant or undercover cop.
