I did everything rather slowly so the changes were not drastic and the time frame fit so no one to this day suspects me of AAS use ...

Started in my mid 20's at 185lbs and today at 42 i'm 244lbs with about the same waist measurement ... so 60 pound gain in 20 some years is easy to cover up

Young guys i see in our local gym who blow up 40 pounds on test and then loose it all 2 months later are the one who have to worry about explaining things at home . .. not me

dont be afool and tell anyone, especially a women unless you are going to marry her. because as soon as things go south everybody in the counrty is going to know you use, not something you tell a girlfriend. it is not hard to hide, get a safe in your house and put your stuff in there and you wont have to worry about people snooping through your stuff. like i said telling a girlfriend is going to lead to endless bitching and everytime you get into an argument she is going to blame steriods and all that crap not worth the headache.

I agree, in fact I'd like to add: Not even if you plan to marry your g/f. It's best if your significant other doesn't know. Even if she suspects, deny it all the time...

Chances are one day your marriage will be coming to an end, and those are usully bitter and the AS stuff is justy ammunition her and her lawyes can use to put pressure on you... To gain custody of your kids, etc...

Trust me, I know how bitter and malign a divorcing wife can be..

Several years and 30 lbs did'nt bring to many questions,
Slow and realistic is the key, not all in one shot.
