Hey bro, T3 or T4 with GH?

What about feeling hypoglycemic after taking administration? I just have to eat and it goes away, this is common right?
 
Been smashin your quad routine for the past 3 weeks and although brutal I'm lovin it. How bout a routine to blow out those hams?
I generally do 3-4 sets of lying leg curls at 12-15 reps and 3 sets of seated leg curls at 10-12 reps.
I throw in some stiffies now and then as well.
 
With a surgeon and scalpel. Not the answer you wanted to hear huh? If that lump is already hard, it is basically fiberous tissue and you won't be getting rid of it with AI compounds. In the majority of cases, the gyno tissue has actually attached itself to the muscle and has embedded it's own little "feelers" to get access to the blood supply.

If the gyno is soft and puffy you have a chance there. But harden lumps are there for life. Like herpes. You can make them smaller by dieting down and shedding the fat around the area, but it is still going to be there.

more squishy...and i'm already pretty lean...it only seems to tingle when i up my trt dose otherwise it just hangs out not growing.

T4 for me. I tried both and got better results with T4.

Yeah.. me too. Get that sleepy must have a nap feeling if I take my dose past 10am in the morning.

Don't work Hams on the same day as quads.

Stiffs with toes angled outwards supersetted with laying dumb bell leg curls. 10 reps of each, 5 sets. That is work out 1. Work out 2 would be laying legs for 3 sets (last set drop set) and seated leg curls 3 sets (last set drop set)

so after warming up you would do one set 12-15 reps, one set 10 reps, last set 8 reps, take some weight off, 8 reps, take some weight off, 6 reps takes some weight off, 4-6 reps at the end.

And make sure you throw in 3 sets of 15-20 reps thigh adductor machine on both quad and hamstring day. Building up that "little" muscle will give you hams some pop to them.

Hit it with the AIs to see if that will kill it. But if you ever got it at puberty like some do, it won't do much for it.
 
Hi you said you do not do no pct at all, how is your recovery after a cycle??

Slow and steady. Just understand that my cycles only yield about 5-7 pounds overall. Not the 15-20 lbs that some people put on. So it isn't like I have a huge drop in body weight. I don't have any problems recovering while maintaining my size through clean eating and smart training.

No, I never have been. My first cycle was EQ and winstrol for 34 weeks and I took about 9 months off that before doing another one that was just 5 weeks. (Tren and prop). I haven't used anything in a while now. But I tend to take long gaps off the juice after each cycle.

I ran a single Clen cycle before (just 2 weeks), and suffered quite strong sides by top dosis 80mcg/day - shakes/headaches, but it was all supportable except insomnia.. I could hardly sleep two hours per night. Paradoxically, after a10 days I was already so tired, that I fell asleep as I took the pills in the morning and I slept till midday. I repeated it so till the end of cycle (3 days more). I have read here one post which suggested taking Clen as falling asleep, because it was the only way how the guy could get his sleep uninterrupted. Might that have some scientifical explanation? Also wanted to know, if the solution could be taking Diphenhydramine or Ketotifen during the whole 42 day cycle to achieve sleeping well in night. I felt like zombie last time during that cycle, really. Possible cons or interactions in between those three drugs in longer run? Thank you :)

You ever preload a syringe and see what it does to the rubber stopper? Are your veins and arteries more durable than rubber?

I am very leery of this. I have used it on the past to thin out the mixtures, but won't again. Right now for a thin mix I would use MCT oil instead of EO.

Yes, the clen at night trick is something that people have been doing to get around that for a while. Now when you add in dihphenhydramine and or ketoifen, it is going to compound the sleepy feeling if you take it during the day. Although some feel that they keep your body from adjusting to the clen so fast and you can draw the mini cycle a bit longer for the "ON" time and a bit shorter for the "OFF" time. As far as scientific explanation, I really have no idea. I know growing up that my allergies in Atlanta were so bad that the only thing that helped was a very powerful decongestive med. Which you take during the day because it will wire you up. However, my doc told me to wait until I was in bed under the covers to take it, then turn out the light and go to sleep. I was skeptical about it, but it worked. I slept through the night and it didn't bother me. I think it has to do with the psychology of your body/brain realizing that you are now ready to "sleep" and they simply override the stim part of anything you take. That is just my guess. All I know is that it works.

As I stated in another post, I really really REAAALLLYYYY prefer people to use Albuteral instead of clen because it is much cleaner and the sides are no where near as harsh as clen. Clen is just too rough on me to take. I can get past the restless sleep at night by taking it late along with melantonin (sp), I can handle the shakes somewhat. But it is the headaches and the pain-behind-the-eye that kills me. I would have you look for this instead of using Clen again. There are a couple of places that carry it without a Rx.

Isn't MCT used in the Pump N Pose oils?

We sure it dissolves well enough?

BA and BB are toxic at the levels that most Body Builders shoot them as well... nothing's a clean drug at high doses really...

MCT is refined coconut oil.

The same carrier that Geneza uses in their oils.
 
I have never had any problems with testicular shrinkage. Then again, I have never gotten acne, sore joints or lost any hair on AAS either. I must be one of those people that can tolerate the sides.

On the other hand, I know guys that if they even drive by a HRT place, they break out in pimples.

I wouldn't know. Although years ago back when EF was in it's heyday, there were people on here experimenting with fina methods. DSMO, chewing, sublingal, crushing and snorting.... There were a few that tried it anally. Didn't really have much of a feedback on it though.

Doubtful. I don't think there is a safe - or at least pain free - to remove the carrier gel from the testosterone molecule. Judging by how bad it smells, I can only imagine how bad it would hurt to inject it. And not only that, but with how expensive Androgel is, you could probably buy 5 bottles of test that would be stronger, last longer and give you better results.

There is no upper, lower, inner or outer chest muscles. There is simply the chest muscle. It contracts as a whole, not in specific areas. The reason that people seem to get better development doing inclines is because they use piss poor form on the flat bench and incorporate the front delts and triceps too much.

But for what you are asking the best exercise you could do is decline presses to the throat. Lower the bar all the way down to your chin on the decline bench. Don't touch your upper ab or lower chest like most do. Lighten the weight and bring it all the way down for 10 reps. Don't lock out at the top. 4 sets of these followed by 4 sets of cable crossovers for 12 reps on Monday. Then on Thursday 2 sets machine flyes, 2 sets incline flyes, 2 sets flat flyes. 12 reps each set.

Do that for 8 weeks (16 workouts total) and tell me you don't see results.

So I am 200 pretty much all muscle and it's time to take something to get huge. I wana be like 215 no fat and strong. A friend of mine said I should take test and winstrol but I wanted to get a second opinion. I don't wana blow up I just wana be another 15 pounds of muscle and get very lean. Any advice?
 
I am wondering if anyone has had sides from using Caber and what were they and do you think it is a necessity for a heavy Tren run?

That would be a good cycle.

If you are lean enough to see all six of your abs - and I don't mean ab lumps or humps, but the actual muscle, then test and dbol will get you there.

A year ago, I eliminated ALL powders and caffeine from my body. No protein powders, no NO powders, no creatine, NOTHING. I have never felt better or looked better.


It took me YEARS to figure out that my body was not utilizing powders very effectively.

Just feeling bloated. My stomach always feeling full and "heavy".

I eliminated my caffiene, powders, and carbonated sodas and in 3 weeks dropped about 11 pounds with no change of diet or exercise habits.

Now it is just BCAAs, multivits, No flush Niacin, Green Tea Extract, and digestive enzymes for me.

GEAR is like super BCAAs. You can't really think of it in terms of protein and trying to measure it that way. I usually take 4-6 capsules along with 6-10 grams of BCAAs each dose.

Shoulders are a bitch. I have a shoulder injury now that I am fucking my way through. Know how I got hurt? Warming up. I have never warmed up my rotor cuffs. I used to see people doing the exercise where you hold a light weight out to the side with your arm at a 90 degree angle and then raise the weight up until it is in the starting position of a shoulder dumb bell press then lower it until it is facing forwards. You know what I am talking about. Decided to try it one and on the third rep there was a sound and feeling like broken glass being crunched up in my left shoulder. That was over a year ago and I am still hurting at times. I can't do things like upright rows anymore either. I am now making all my shoulder workouts nothing but variations of flyes and laterals. It sucks. So my advice is to skip that shitty exercise.
But to warm up, just pick a light weight and pump out some reps. Don't lock out. Keep the weight moving and the tension going. Get the blood in the area. Add some more weight and do another warm up and then add a bit more and do another warm up.
You should be keeping your reps for shoulders in the 10-12 range anyway for optimal growth.

Training smart means training WITH your body and body mechanics. Not AGAINST them. If squats hurt your back or knees and you know your form is very good. Then don't do them. If you get a great contraction on one exercise but not on another, then don't do the one you are not having success with. For triceps, I don't do dips or close grip bench presses because I simply can't feel the stress being directed to the target muscle as opposed to the elbows, but I can get a cramping contraction off kickbacks. So that is what I do. People laugh when I say that, but when I am in the single digit body fat, my arms are still over 19 inches.
You have to figure out what kind of training and stimulation will get a muscle to grow. It isn't going to be the same for the whole body. One body part might respond best to volume training, one might respond to HIT style twice a week. You have to expirement and see.

I could tell my body was not doing great on shakes and powders because I was sitting on the toilet 2-3 times a day. I felt bloated and even at a single digit body fat level I had a heavy feeling in my stomach. Once I left all the powders behind I dropped some water without trying and my stomach and midsection felt tighter all around.
