Aromasin (Exemestane) Kick in Time?

How long does it take aromasin effect to be active?????

Started my aromasin 25mg EOD Sunday morning, switching from Arimidex. By Monday afternoon, my right nipple started to feel very sensitive. Took another aromasin, right away but still hurts a little. Popped 1mg arimidex to cover until aromasin is kicked in.

Talked to someone else who said he started taking it 2 weeks prior to start of cycle.

How much pre load time is required with aromasin for it to be effective and fully active???

It should only take a few days. Tell us more about your cycle, how long have you been on? What are you on and what doses? Also keep in mind aromasin and anastrozole do nothing for estrogen that is allready in the system it simply affects the creation of more. If you were not getting enough ana before switching the buildup of estrogen simply could be starting to show its effects. Your best bet now would be to use some nolva.

72 hours is the usual time till i see the effects of it.

The literature I have read on it suggests it was effective after just a single dose (albeit these were on women)...but what anti-e info isn't?

Pretty simple and mild cycle, in week 3 now.

500 mg/wk enanthate
40 mg/day dbol, divided out 4 times a day(10mg-4 times per day)
.5mg arimidex EOD.

What dosage /day of nolvadex do I need to take???

just my opinion here but I would say .5mg ana EOD is a bit on the low side. Some guys get gyno on 40mg dbol using ana 1mg ed. Dbol is a real wild card. Have you used it before?

For some reason I was under the impression dbol had an estrogen metabolite that did not require aromitase, but this may be wrong. Just a thought. Another thought, if you take a substance that lowers SHBG you may end up releasing some built-up estrogen into your system. This would not requre aromitase either.

I am going to just discontinue the dbol for now and scramble around trying to find some nolvadex today. can anybody help

If I am on 1 mg arimidex and 25 mg aromasin, how long will the current estrogen remain in my system?
