Arimidex dose: 1mg ed vs. 1mg eod

Anyone tried Arimidex on a test cycle (test at around 700mg ew) and compared the effectiveness of the 'dex at both a higher and lower dose at reducing bloat?

At lot of people use .5mg ed (or 1mg eod). Does that work the same as 1mg ed, or does it just work "partially" to reduce bloat?

I am trying to use the least arimidex possible because it is expensive, but I still want zero bloat. Not sure if .5mg ed will accomplish that.

plus, don't anti-e's diminish your gains somewhat? (or is that just water weight gain it affects?)

Yes they do, so a certain extent. Sometimes it takes a little while to figure out the fine line between estrogen suppression and too much loss of gains.

I hear ya.... don't have much personal experience.... this is my first time trying liquidex... couldn't decide on 0.5mg ED or EOD... so I'm starting off with EOD and see how that fares...

The only downside of using too little 'dex is if you end up with too much estrogen (for whatever your reason may be - bloat, gyno, etc) then more 'dex won't help the problem, you'll have to use nolva. Arimidex blocks estrogen production, nolva blocks the receptors. Once the estrogen is created in the body, blocking the receptors is your only remaining defense. So using too little 'dex could result in having to stop 'dex altogether and switch to nolva, which would be a waste of the 'dex already taken.
