My triceps need alot of pampering to stay on par. But my chest used to be awesome until that pendejo doc in south america remoevd my gyno along with the whole layer of fat that overlaped my pecs. Its still alright I guess. My skin is still numb a year after.

Whats the Correct way to measure chest circumference..I was just wondering since I have no Idea how to do it??
 
I picked mostly satisfied, Im happy that my genetic gift is legs/calves because I read on here how much people hate doing legs. I do maybe 1-2 sets for quads 1 for hams and 1 for calves in a week and my calves are 3" bigger than my arms haha.

My upper body is my weakpoint but it responds well to training so once that catches up hopefully Ill be a beast. Im 6'5 too so Im pretty happy with that, 6'6 is too tall (most door frames are 6'6).
 
Bro I'm in the same boat as you! Tiny wrists and ankles suck worse than anything for me. Small bones everywhere! My waist is like 28in, but I'm 6'2. Chest is something like 50ish, but havn't measured. ! Although I have very broad shoulders and a wide back. When I have a shirt on I get a little shit. But as soon as the shirt comes off everybody shuts the fuck up :).

..... i look bigger with my shirt off because muscle holds well to me but with a shirt on i look tiny. most shirts don't even fit me right because my shoulders and back aren't that wide....funny thing is my shoulders are wide on my body and one of my best bodyparts... it's strictly because of my frame


having a tiny waist does make you look bigger and proportional though with your shirt off.
