guess i'm not really wide, wrists and ankles are tiny. But the muscle does show up better. Only good thing, is my waist is TINY at 6'

..... i look bigger with my shirt off because muscle holds well to me but with a shirt on i look tiny. most shirts don't even fit me right because my shoulders and back aren't that wide....funny thing is my shoulders are wide on my body and one of my best bodyparts... it's strictly because of my frame


having a tiny waist does make you look bigger and proportional though with your shirt off.

that's pretty much me ;)
 
I guess I would be a mesomorph even tho I have been chubby before, I was never endo, if thats possible. Females like my back altho I insist my rhomboids are genetically inferior. I gain size pretty confortably. Keeping bodyfat off is hard but not too hard. I just hate how bullshit in life makes my shape go from bad to great to avg, to terrible, to alright, bad again, etc... I need a !!!!!fucking!!!! break!
 
I dont know if I am satisfied, I have a tiny bone structure, which sucked ass when I was smaller, but now makes me look much bigger. But with this frame best I can hope for is a dexter jackson build, not a mass monster
Not that I dont like his build, but judging tends to favour the freaks
 
Im 5'9 and at 190 im bone thin. I definately have a thick frame, If I get my training and diet down I am guessing I got some real potential to grow.

Im 230 now and probably look more like 190.
 
naturally i have good symmetry (the natural V-shape build)...with medium bone density. So if I gain a little bit of muscle, I tend to look heavier then what I am. So I guess it a good thing. But I hate my damn calves!
