Are there any men here with pec implants?

Fast Twitch Fiber

New member
I had a botched gyno surgery that left me looking like I have no lower pec on one side when flexed. I was considering implants to correct this. I was wondering if you still have a full range of motion and are able to lift afterwards. Also, do they ever "shift" their placement in your chest? Do they leave big scars?

Feel free to PM me if you don't want to admit to implants on the board.

Any plastic surgeons on the board that could offer advice/alternatives for fast twitch fiber???
Sorry to hear about the problem!

so even if you just work out only on the decline bench won't solve the problem? how did you get gyno as far as gear?

Sorry, declines don't help since there is no muscle at all. When I tighten my pec the muscle contracts up real high on my chest leaving a sunken look to the lower part.

BTW.. the gyno was pubescent long before juice,

I dont have any implants but from what I've read on the subject it seems like they do a pretty good job on them. I believe you can lift and do everything just as before without any loss of motion. And I think they're made to be permanent so you dont have to worry about ruptures and all the other stuff that women have to go through. I think normally they make a small incision around the hairline of your armpit so the scar isnt visible. Like I said, this is just various stuff I've read

pec implants are freaky. I knew a guy that had them, he disproportionately massive chest and would do flys with the 20's.

i think what you describe would be more comlex than just getting implants

Sometimes when you have surgery it takes a long time to get the body to adjust. You don't have to handle a lot of weight to body build. Sometimes you have to go with the flow. Keep trying to get the muscles to come around. Believe me I had a stroke and It took almost 3 years before my body would grow on the right side. It's proportionate now but it took a long time.

LOL...

That reminds me of a time when a few of my friends where hanging out at the beach. I swear I saw this chick without a shirt walking towards us, so me and some of my boys walked in her direction. The closer we got the more the chick looked like a dude, sure enough there was this tiny ass dude with a huge ass chest. I tried not to laugh cause I didn't want to embarrase the guy, so we confronted him and he swore it was from genetics and bench presses.

I wouldn't risk the implants bro, I have also heard of many screw ups. I heard of some dude getting pec implants and they gave him female breast implants. I guess that would be cool if you had a boyfriend ...LOL!

I'm not too concerned with using the implants to add mass. Of course they would add a bit of size but I'm more concerned with restoring the shape.

Did you have a severe case of Gyno? how could the surgery leave you in this condition?

The gyno was quite mild, just some lumps around the nipple and side pec. The doc lipo'd out my whole chest. It took a few years for the loose skin to tighten up.
I've consulted two plastic surgeons about this. The problem is that I'm in a small area and all the doctors know each other. None will admit this surgeon did anything wrong. I did get one to say it was possible the pec tendon was severed at the bottom causing it to ride up high. I talked to one doc online and sent a picture and he said it may be a "contracture scar". I'm not familiar with this term or if anything can be done about it.

I know a few guys with implants (and some with arm implants... no kidding) and everyone that I have seen were always implanted in the upper chest.

Wonder how much this costs? I know 2 guys got arm implant that added 2" on their arms. (sadly that brought the arms up to a whopping 14 inches for one of the guys) $6000 total.

6000 worth of anabolics, trainer, food and good gym, dietician could have gotten him alot more than 2 inches, and heaps of knowledge.

This dude never even worked out. Everyone calls him Plastic Man - to his face.

He has chest implants, calf implants, a designer cleft chin, lipo and ab etching and about 3 months ago he had the arm implants where they insert the implant around the brachii (sp?) area (between tri and bi). I saw him last month at a Mexican resturant on gay night and he was telling everyone how his bigger guns made him so much more confident and sure of himself.

I would never get or admit to getting pec implants...........so technically I might have them already. :)

You hang out at mexican resturants on gay night with a guy who has over 6k in plastic "in" him? :worried:

Yeah, I do. Sometimes when I am slumming, I hang out with people who only have $2000 worth of plastic in them.

Probably because liposuction is more of an art. Even the best artist finds it difficult to paint his masterpiece. Getting the sides to match would probably require more than one or two liposuction op's.

pec implants for dudes..wow. all i can say is that as a female i managed to develop pecs in one year of hard work. after changing years of a stagnant flat bench routine to incline dumbell presses, dips and decline. and i was natural then too.
people must be so impatient and pathetic to get implants (apart from for medical reasons like the starter of this thread)

Yeah, but like you said, in certain medical situations an implant is the only way to fix the situation. They now even have bicep, tricep, and abdominal implants. I met a guy that had the bi's and tri's done. I dont believe in getting implants just for the hell of it, but if you have a condition that prevents you from building the muscle normally, then I see nothing wrong with people getting an implant to fix the situation.

so aap how does this guy look? was it worth it getting all that plastic surgery or does he look all fake and phony? that seems kinda creepy, all that plastic surgery on a guy.

never heard of arm implants...doesn't seem logical they would stay in the intended place or feel very comfortable.

is this guy pretty young? he make look ok with all that work done young but will look increasingly unnatural and disturbing as he ages.

I read an article in M&F years ago about pec implants. From what I remember, they were more of a solid plastic rather than the saline bag used in women. But my memory doesn't always serve me correct. B-)

It's solid, but it's normally made of a soft silicone so you can bend it and press it in.
