The vast majority of the Crimean populace is ethnically Russian and potentially under threat from Svoboda, the party the west helped to install. The globalists want to militarily surround Russia and park NATO troops and nukes right at Russia's doorstep, much like they wanted to do in Georgia.

The situation is totally different than Vietnam. The Crimeans in general willfully want to be annexed by Russia. Historically the Crimea was part of Russia for centuries until it was "gifted" to Ukraine by Soviet president and Ukrainian Nikita Krushchev in 1954.

The office of the acting CEO of the National Television Company of Ukraine, Aleksandr Panteleymonov, was stormed by people who claimed to be members of the freedom of speech and information committee.

The head of the National Television Company of Ukraine (NTU) was beaten by members of the nationalist Svoboda party and forced to write a letter of resignation over allegations that his channel aired anti-Ukrainian content.
