Are chest pains post HIIT a dangerous thing

I know i'll get knee jerk reactions saying yes but i thought chest pains were a side effect of tons of drugs and in and of themselves more or less non-fatal. Angina is not a fatal condition as far as i know.

I get chest pains when i do HIIT. So i started taking creatine to have the energy for the anaerobic aspect of HIIT. now i do 15 minutes of it, 10 intervals of 30 seconds on, 1 minute off. I do ellipticals. The machine says when i do the high intensity intervals i'm burning 2400 kcal/hr, the rest intervals are about 1100 kcal/hr. Before i started creatine i (usually) could only do 5 or 6 intervals before my muscles gave out and my chest felt like it was caving it. I don't feel that way when doing the HIIT now but i find that for hours afterwards i have a dull compression feeling in my chest.

I hope this isn't dangerous.

When i do normal cardio my pulse sometimes goes up to 160ish and stays there. sometimes its about 140 or so. During HIIT going to 180 is expected and 190 is not uncommon. i havent broken 200 bpm yet, wish me luck.

just listen to your body bro.. i had a couple days where i had chest pain so sharp and bad i almost fell off the fucking treadmill, lol

both times it stopped immediately and took it easy, turned out i had 3 ribs on my left side out of adjustment and they were just spazms
