Appetite Suprressant for the PM?

The night time is the hardest time to fight cravings while cutting. I take an ECY stack during the day, and that works pretty well, but definitley would keeo me up. What is a good appetite suppressant (hopefully pretty cheap) that will still allow me to sleep?

The Basics of the ECY Stack

The A and Y are both optional, and not necessary. If you truly want a killer anti-suppressant in the p.m., you have a few options.

Firstly, here is one of my favorites. Best taken around 4-5pm (beaaring you sleep at around 10 or later):

* 25mg Ephedrine HCL
* 200mg Caffeine
* 250mg EGCG
* 4mg Nicotine
* 20-30mg Synephrine
* 400mg Hoodia
* 1g Glucomman

My fucking Lord, you will NOT be hungry until the following day.


If you want one that is less pricey:

* EC (1:10 ratio)
* Synephrine
* Glucomman
* Nicotine

On that note, if you truly want to have something that won't affect your CNS, Hoodia Gordia and Glucomman would help out. What's important here is also increasing your fiber intake. Try to consume over 40g daily. You can also brush your teeth when you feel hungry and augment your H2O consumption.
 
As far as a pure appetite suppresant I used Instone's LeanFire and it really worked well for me...it is a bit pricey though.
 
Are you sensitive to stimulants? IE. Does caffeine or similar stims. make you jittery? Personally I could (not saying I would) take an ECY stack 5 minutes before I went to bed and still sleep like a baby. Your sensitivity will determine what is the best late night suppresent.
 
Perhaps a supplement isn't an answer to your problem then. Something I have found successful in the past when cutting is to listen to the cravings, body says eat? EAT!...or trick it. This way it is easier to continue your cut. Consider veggies like broccoli or spinach, high in fibre (satisfying), and with such low calories you would have to eat a couple pounds to even have to start to worry about overeating. Spinach can be ground up in food processor with a little olive oil (you need good fats like this anyways) and eaten with a spoon. Its actually really good.....something like boring pesto. Maybe dip yer broccoli in it. A whey protein shake with water is usually only 100 or so cals, and will nurture your muscles and prevent loss of LBM. Or consider tricking your body, its hungry? Drink a Litre of water, then see how hungry you are. :evil: Its often a good idea to avoid supps if a similar result can be achieved with whole food or more natural elements!
 
That is a great point about getting things done without supps. I have been doing most of what you have said while I have been cutting, and it usually works.
