appetite after training

Does anyone elses appetite drop after training?? I struggle to get all my meals and shakes in after training and find myself forcing food down more than before my workout. A main reason why i train pm!
 
no but i find that if i have a shake and it blows my appetite away for hours, I have a shake at the gym and have to force down a meal when i get home quick because the longer i wait the harder it is to eat

not for me... i am always hungry after lifting, but maybe you eat a big pre workout meal so you're not hungry post workout??

This could have an effect. Digestion slows when training, so you would still be full after if this were the case. I personally can eat a shit load right after I train.
