I am not questioning if he was a scammer or not, but most legit guys say to make the WU so they don't have to show ID. This way they can just use a made up name and can't be traced. Any descent source will do it that way. Alot safer for them.

Agree with Mad Max not a sure sign of a scammer thatthey do not want to show ID. Not saying he was not as have no info on him but please do not tarnish good ones with this practice as scammers
