Anyone with hair loss seen results of Saw Palmetto?

Just using Saw palmetto alone have you seen your hair get dense again and grow back? I tried FO-TI and worked well my hair go dense and grew back but damn shit gave me the shits always so I stopped curious if Saw palmetto will work good for me

Hey Hewlett,

I have used Saw Palmetto for hairloss and seen results, however it was the most noticably at high dosages. Had to cut back because it was starting to work on my labido. Make sure you use the standardized extract and not the berry version. First of next year they will release the drug Dutastride for prostate treatment. It can suppress both forms of DHT and at a fraction of the dosage of Propecia. Propecia only blocks on form and that is only by 80-90%.

yeah i heard the rumor about that drug but first i heard in 2003 and also heard by septemeber and now you say next yer when???????????????????????????

According to the people on the boards I sent you the links too the standardized extract is the only one you will see results with. I use it in combination with Propecia and like the results. Not a great deal of regrowth (some though) but definately far less hairloss. Also Nizoral shampoo can strip DHT from the scalp. I use it will I am on cycles.

Dutastride will be available the first quarter of next year but only FDA above for prostate care. Propecia was the same way so it will probably get the approval for hairloss treatment shortly after. Then again I read another article that says the testing for Dutastride was suspended and they made reference to the lack-luster sale of Propecia and believe that the company my not see enough potential revenu for the new drug.

DAMN i bought the wrong ones I was thinking of orderign Proscar i can get it for 90 tabs break that in 4 pieces and you will have enough for a year supply but its india version at drugstore.org

Saw Palmetto will stop the androgenic effects of DHT ONLY in the prostate and not in muscle cells or hair folicle. In otherwords, it is completely 100% useless in batteling hairloss.

Some bro's swear by Saw Pamletto and Nizoral. I would bought Proscar and Spirolactone instead, because at least studies show that they have effect on hairloss. Btw Nizoral is same about same price with Spirolactone, so i cant understand why people take Nizoral instead of it.
