Lumberg New member Feb 1, 2005 #6 yes definitely how do you not? one rule of thumb is to try to not lift MORE than 2 days in a row, but sometimes my schedule works out to where I life 4 days in a row. It's a bit rough but as long as I get a couple days off after that I'm ready to start back the following week.
