Anyone here take in upwards of 5000 calories a day while bulking+on cycle?

nothing wrong with some Micky D's here and there. Most people are somehow under the impression that bodybuilders eat clean year round. Sorry bro, but so many pros and top amateurs eat just about anything they can get their hands on outside of pre-contest time. Eating clean and trying to get in 5-6000 cals a day is near impossible.

I have almost zero free time due to my job. 6 McD's cheeseburgers gives me 2000 cal and 100 grams of protien with zero effort. Im at about 9% body fat, a little higher than normal for, but nothing extreme. Can still see all my abs :)
 
Better yet - get 6 bugers, through out 4 of the buns and put 3 patties on each of the remaining buns :) - a little less cals/carbs and all of the protine!!
 
Shakes are godsend when comsuming high calories.

i.e.
1.5 Cups of Oats
2 scoops whey
2 tablespoons pb
500ml of milk

=862 calories.

Its pretty to down 3 of these, plus 3-4 solid food meals.

110 Carbs
65 Protien
18 Fat
