hey guys...im just really getting back training hard in the gym, in all honesty i have been slacking over the past 1 yr almost.....looking to hop on a serious cutting/lbm building cycle.....def looking to use primo for the first time...i have done my share of gear in the past but i have never touched primo nor have i ever been "shredded"....stats: about 6'2 225,24yrs old, been training for about 8 years.... prob around 15-17% BF, i've lost some muscle mass along with about 15 pounds.....i would really like to end up at 235 hard and lean as fuck!!!! i have started eating much better and im lookin to do the gear!! anyone have a advice, i would appreciate it!!!! prob lookin to start asap and finish the bulk of the gear by mid june.....thanks guys....
 
Let me heard advise on this one, have some tabs that I can use, but never used primo........I'hang out in this thread.......

First off, I'd say you need to get your diet clean as possible before you start any AS. Since you've been off for a while, I'd start with just a test only cycle just like you were a beginner since your body is not used to gear right now.

Lean as fuck? Probably about 9% for you then if you've never been shredded in your life. So.....at 15%BF 225, that's 33.75 lbs fat. If you were 235 at 9%, you would have 21lbs fat, so you want to lose 12lbs fat and gain about 22lbs muscle. Not possible in one cycle. If you do primo, I'd say you could expect to gain about 10 solid pounds and keep all 10 if your diet is very strict and you keep hitting the gym hard post cycle.

Why primo? What have you done before? And what makes you so gun ho about primo? Primo is not the super incredible drug that a lot of people make it out to be. I think you have primo confused with tren. And you say you wanna gain 15lbs on a primo cycle?! Whatever you expect to get out of primo, divide it by 2 or 3x and you'll get a more realistic view on what to expect.
