Screw ALL these ideas........dude just gargle and rinse with bleach. It'll work much faster than any of these other money-making schemes.

Anyone ever gargle with Hydrogen peroxide? I don`t know it could be common but was wondering.

I didn't gargle with it. But after getting my braces off the first time my teeth were really discolored. The hygenist told me to use a q tip with HP on it and put it on my teeth. Leave it on for 2-3 minutes then rinse. It did seem to help.

yes i had to get braces on as a senior in highschool...i had them on for about a year and a half and now my teeth are perfect...the only thing is that year and a half i had the lowest self esteem ever and was very self conscious about smiling (closed mouth smile). Now that they are off it was def worth it.

Hydrogen peroxide is actually indicated for oral hygeine. Usually at half strength but it does kill germs.

Look on any bottle Night Fly.

But Listerine generics work better.

My dentist told me specifically to "use Listerine" "Not Scope" but "Listerine" lol I never asked WHY but that`s what I do now. There`s gotta be a good reason.

If your teeth aren't that bad, you dont braces anymore. Go to a cosmetic dentist and inquire about porcelain veneers. They fit over your teeth and they can make them any size, shape or color. They are pricey though. Do a search on the net under porcelain veneers. This is why all the stars teeth are perfect and white all of the time.

Are veneers permanent? They theory does`nt seem to be very solid. But I don`t know a thing about them. Once you get them, Are you done? Those are your teeth now?

Well, they last about 10 to 15 years. I have them now. They are totally incredible. Check them out on the web. I had small gaps in my teeth and my teeth weren't that white. I got 8 on top and 8 on the bottom and my smile is unreal now. I also got them lasered to whiten them but it wasn't worth the money since I got the veneers. Be prepared for the cost though. 800 a piece at least. But most people dont need as many as I did. Some people just need 2 or 4. If you want perfect teeth and want to spend the money, it is a good deal. Make sure you go to cosmetic dentist that is HIGHLY qualified. Mine is one of the best in the state. So make sure you do your homework and not let some assclown do a shitty job.
