A couple guys at my gym do this and I know it will get be bombed but they are the biggest and strongest in the gym without a doubt and people do nothing but talk bad about them.

I started 2 workouts of this and i couldn't even walk the next day hardly and i can tell ive grown more in 2 workouts then i did in 5 months if you can believe that.

That is the basic philosophy to DC training. It works.

Sounds like a great way to hurt yourself. When your young you might not feel it but I'm thinking that will catch up to you in old age.

they nor i throw the weights we use excellent form . Its the volume trainers that are quitting and getting injured from what i see. DC training is too much training in my opinion. You need to stimulate growth, get out of the gym , rest and grow.

i know alot of people who work up to a "max set" that they fail on sometimes...and pretty much is their only "work set" i do this with deadlifts almost every time i do them, and squats and bench or push presses, or cleans, sometimes
