Anyone else get crazy numbness in hands while sleeping?

For about the past year I've been getting numbness in my hands at night. It's not every night, but often enough and usually worse on the nights that I lifted. I do see a chirpractor almost weekly, but this isn't going away. Anyone else experiencing this, or have any feedback to share?

yeah man, i have a little bit. There was a thread about this exact subject probably about 2 months back. It seems to really only happen to me when I am on gear or working out very very hardcore. I believe it has to do with how we lay on our shoulders, and constricting the blood flow to our arms... but why or how I really dont know for sure.... at least not enough to come out and say "Yeah THIS is why... " :coffee:

Doesn't happen to me anymore... i think the masssage therapists worked the "stuff" out of my shoulder area.

used to not be able to sleep on my stomach with my arms up... otherwise i'd wake up and my arms would feel like play dough and i couldn't move them.

Sleep on your back is the temporary solution. If you're already doing that I'm not sure.

I haven't been on anything for most of the year. Small anavar cycle a couple months ago. I see a massage therapist twice a week and again the chiro about once a week. I usually sleep side or back, and actually back seems to be worse when it comes to getting the numbness.

I have the same problem and yes it is worse when on cycle. It's usuaally the pinky and ring finger up to the middle finger and the palm area surrounding it that goes numb. Sometimes it goes up to the elbow. I'm pretty sure also that its a shoulder thing do to increased muscle mass maybe pressing down on a nerve area.

Stop seeing the chiropractor, he will really screw things up!

You need to get a girl friend and stop doing what you know you are doing, could break your wrist.

Also will develop warts.

i'm thinking nerves too.....could carpel, toc or whatever that other dude wrote about in that other thread.....

but i'm not a doctor neither....and good luck finding a doctor that can figure it out.....i've had EEG's, ECG's, EFG's EZG's, all the EG's, x-rays, MRI's, a billion and one questionare about symptons, etc,etc about my wrists and not a single fucking doctor can narrow down except eeg's show slight carpel.....but i only show a few carpel symptoms....

good lucketh

Im pretty sure this is the conclusion we came up with in the previous thread I was talkin about. I think its either the added mass causing constriction either on a main nerve, or restricting blood flow. But as I said, i dont know for sure and i dont claim to be a doctor hehe :coffee:
