Any suggestions as to how to get a Bitch to move out?

wassup all, hey I know this prob. isnt the place, but im currently living with a now x-gf and 2 guys, the 2 guys are not choosing either sides. Im Living in the U.S. I am not on the lease for renting the house which we all live in, it is a 3 person lease, however I have paid my rent individually each month, and have been the most responsible for rent etc. Do I stand any legal chance of getting her out? What are my options? I refuse to leave and have only lived here long enough to meet these 2 guys whom I can stand living with. I am on a fixed income so this hurts my position also. I appreciate any help anyone can provide, I feel like im in some kinda crisis, and dont know where to start or how to undergo this process.

3 person lease...i take it she is on the lease. Nope you dont have a chance, she or "they" can give you 30 days to vacate if they wish and YOU must leave. Especially if your not legally binded to the place like they are, they have more rights in that sense then you. sorry.

you got no choice, `cept to approach the landlord yourself and be drawn into the lease. but don't fucking do it. leave. they will take off leaving you having to pay all of the rent. why are you forcing yourself into a bad situation??? let me guess, you're 19, aren't you?

if you are not on the lease you should be able to leave. If you are cool with the other 2 guys, explain to them that it is becuase you cant stand living with her

why dont you try to work it out? negotiate with her and them? you are not in the best legal position, besides such a dispute (even if you won) might make the two male roomates leery of you.

So, it's a 3 person lease.
Do you split the rent 4 ways? Do you all pay cash or does someone pay all the rent with one check?

Tough situation because in theory you should even be there but if you are all paying by check and the landlord knowing takes and deposits a check from someone that is not on his lease you may have a chance of reworking the lease if all parties agree.

Can you think of any reason why she would want to leave or how she could be talked into leaving? You're in a bad place because if anyone could get pushed out "on paper" it would be you.

So, I guess I'm saying work on the two guys.
