Any steroids that increase DHT?

Test. Proviron is derived from dht, and mimics dht, but it's its own compound. Structurally very similar to dht. If you want to increase ACTUAL dht, then test is the only way.

Having a beard is a blessing to those who don't have one, and a curse to those who do.

Personally, I would like to have the thickest beard possible. Just to have that 5 o clock shadow look, and be able to grow
THICK facial hair.

So, how's about he try some test E, as WELL as proviron, and see where he ends up?

What I am wondering, good bros, is would this actually help in the long run with his dht levels, and not merely whilst the compounds are active in his body?

Proviron is a derivative of DHT, not actual DHT. Therefore, it will not raise DHT levels. Increase your 5-alpha-reductase levels and take testosterone. (Testosterone cream on the nuts is probably the most effective due to high levels of 5-AR in the scrotal skin). This begs the question, why in the hell would you want more DHT??????

Man, you guys are spitting hairs! PROVIRON WILL INCREASE DHT. The fact that it isn't being converted is semantic minutiae.

Yes, test will cause a DHT conversion but it's still an exogenous source so there's absolutely no difference, other than Proviron in more direct.

Has anyone realized Proviron is so hard on the hairline? DHT! If I were to choose another steroid, I'd say Winny. ANY androgen will convert to DHT but these do so more so.

And not for nothing, but if the guy is having a problem converting DHT, then more test may not help him. He'll need a DIRCT FORM OF ACTIVE DHT. That makes Proviron the best choice.

Offer other opinions but don't say something is wrong when it is unequivocally correct.

Yes, it sounded like I was splitting hairs, sorry. Actually, what I meant was Proviron, while being androgenic in chemistry, in practice does not have the same effects as real DHT (except perhaps libido) because it is inactivated and downregulated by so many mechanisms. Surprisingly, it actually has a very low androgenic rating. I've used it before without any side-effects. Then again, I don't have a problem with hair loss.

The question had nothing to do with anabolic rating.

Proviron is sometimes prescribed for latent pubity in boys -- making it the most logical choice for the posters problem.
