Any recommendations for supps?

Hey guys, I'm heading off for my first year of college August 27th. I have never really taken any supplements before besides about 2 weeks of creatine, but have been planning to start them in college. My stats are about 5'9, 165... 1RMs are 365 deadlift, 275 ATG squat, and 175 bench (shoulder injury put me out for 2 months and it's def higher). Been training since November and want to stay pretty lean while gaining strength. Any ideas for supps i can get from needto or anyone on here?

This site has been awesome to me, so i want to get supps from here as opposed to somewhere else. The kid i am going to lift with at college recommended some supps from BB.com, but i know the ones on here are most likely better quality so i figured i'd ask.
 
you have over 3000 posts and you dont know about supps? :confused::confused::(

yeah lol..... i spent some time in chat/conversation and talking about sports.. usually in the weightlifting forum though, just never really wanted to take supps until recently. My post count is not indicative of my experience :)

HCGenerate is a MUST if you have not tried it along the Need2Slin, stack it with EST Propadrol EP 120caps or Formastanzol. Chocolate WheyToBuildMuscle is the way to go for protein, Isolation is good for pre and post workout protein needs. Feel free to pm me so I can hook you up with a legit stack.

Meh....

I'm a big HCGenerate fan, but I'm not sure I'd tell an 18 y/o to run it. Espically with propadrol.

IMO he'd be better off with a high quality creatine product and a good PWO shake.

haha alright man well start with the basics. take some time to learn how your body responds to different supps. try different proteins, creatine, pre workouts like jack3d is pretty cheap and once you get that down after not too long then probably step it up to some hcgenerate. thats what i would do anyway
 
Gear, Big blast, Bridge, Unleashed, Ancient strength, and need2slin. Youll be a monster, and add NTKTS and youd be God, in the gym.
