Hey guys, I'm heading off for my first year of college August 27th. I have never really taken any supplements before besides about 2 weeks of creatine, but have been planning to start them in college. My stats are about 5'9, 165... 1RMs are 365 deadlift, 275 ATG squat, and 175 bench (shoulder injury put me out for 2 months and it's def higher). Been training since November and want to stay pretty lean while gaining strength. Any ideas for supps i can get from needto or anyone on here?
This site has been awesome to me, so i want to get supps from here as opposed to somewhere else. The kid i am going to lift with at college recommended some supps from BB.com, but i know the ones on here are most likely better quality so i figured i'd ask.
