i am normally training so much that so long as my diet is in check and i dont slip up too much i stay ripped and when i want to drop a few xtra lbs i just clean it up all together
because test prop, on me, heldo zero water if diet is even decent. keep on the avavar al song as you want, just get blood test every few weeks for your liver and lipid values...if you dont drink they shouldnt go up, and if you have the cash for var you will looksick all year round....jsut kep checkin the liver...i ran var for a long time on my second cycle. and blood work was all normal! a few things slightly out of range but nothing at all to worrie about.
test prop combined with var is a very nice combo...keep does low too. you will get vascular as fuck too...
